Spending only one day on the market this May 2010, this 6bd entertainer's home in Mill Valley rented at our asking price of $9,750 virtually overnight.

As the listing agent I hired professional photography as a service for the landlords - my clients - and put together a pretty great virtual tour (if I do say so myself!).  Our tenants are an executive family relocating from Europe who saw the tour on-line, knew it was perfect for them, and rented the property sight unseen.
